We Kanshan Architects, are a multi disciplinary consolidation of design professionals, architecture and engineering consultants with construction management skills and experience that ranges from planning, architectural designing and implementation of large projects to interiors & landscaping . We offer counselling on the feasibility and viability of projects and on prospects for its development. Our unique identity is formed by the specialized pool of talent that has been instrumental in our success. We have skilled design and drafting departments, experienced engineering teams, focused project management department and a large implementation team.
Our Studio for architecture was established in the year 2000 by our Chief Architect S.BALASUNDARAM B.Arch, headquarterd at Chennai.. We represent innovative and sustainable architecture which represents our belief in "words are mere bubbles of water but deeds are drops of gold ". Every project we undertake is conceptualized as a unique and eco-friendly design that encapsulates all client requirements in an integrated, functionally efficient and aesthetically elegant manner. Space planning, good day lighting and natural ventilation are component ingredients of our approach to design, combined with innovation and a willingness to embrace new and sustainable technologies. Across all projects, we design green and contextual environments that include unmatched landscapes, bio-diversity, contemporary and energy efficient technologies. Each project has a unique identity and a strong sense of place and belonging.
We have a enormous experience in the design of information technology parks, health care facilities, commercial facilities, large educational campuses, high end offices, hospitality projects and high value housing projects, bungalows and housing layouts.
